A calm, fun storytelling photo experience for families who want to remember what life feels like.
No over-the-top posing. No pressure. Just you, as you are.
Because these photographs will outlast this season, they’ll remind you what it felt like to be here.
I call it the Presence Session because that is what it’s about: being here. Not waiting for the house to be perfect or the kids to behave. Just this chapter of your family’s story, told as it really is.
During your session, I guide gently so you can forget about the camera. There is no pressure to pose or perform. You can move, play, rest, hold each other, or sit quietly. Whatever feels natural in the moment.
I am not chasing perfect smiles. I look for the gestures that show love. A hand reaching for yours. A child leaning into your shoulder. The way everyone ends up in one small space. Those details are the truth of a family.
• 60-minute session at home or outdoors
• Five digital images of your choice
• Five matching 5×7 prints of the digital files
• $50 print credit toward artwork or album
Reserve your date with the $347 session fee.
I’ll guide gently so you can relax and connect.
At your reveal, you’ll see your full gallery and decide what you’d like to keep or print. Your five images are yours to keep; most families add more once they’ve seen the full story.
When you see your photographs, you can choose to keep your included five images,
or upgrade to a collection if you’d like to hold more of your story.
There’s no pressure either way. Most families decide once they’ve seen everything.
The Presence Session is for families who want photographs that feel alive, full of connection, laughter and small, quiet moments that show how it really feels to love and be loved.
It’s for parents who want to be in the story, not just behind the camera.
For people who value honesty over perfection, and want their photos to show the truth of their days: the messy, the beautiful, the real.
It’s for anyone who believes time is the most precious thing we have and wants to hold on to how this season truly feels before it changes again.
It’s not ideal if you prefer styled sessions, matching outfits or posed studio portraits. This experience is for the ones who want to remember life as it is, imperfect and extraordinary all at once.
You won’t. I’ll guide quietly and keep things light so you forget the camera’s even there.
Once you book, I’ll share some simple tips on what photographs well. Think comfortable, coordinated and true to your style.
If we’re outdoors, we can simply reschedule to a date that works for everyone.
Some of my favourite photographs have been taken on cloudy days.
Soft light is kind to faces and makes colour feel calm.
Of course. They’re part of your story too!
